Facilities Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our Estates team. This is a varied and physically demanding role, working across our sites. Our Facilities Assistants are responsible for carrying out a range of duties in order to keep our sites safe, secure and running efficiently. There are policies and procedures covering all the main activities, tasks and duties of the job, and the post holder will collaborate with the Facilities Manager and other designated staff in defining how the main tasks are under taken. The post holder will then be required to work independently to carry out tasks.

Our facilities team work shifts on a rota basis, hours are between 06:00 – 21:00, Monday -Thursday, and we can accommodate flexibility within these hours. So, if you are only looking for afternoons and evenings, that could be accommodated.

Salary: £15,027 - £15,495 per annum (pro rata of £22,241 - £22,934 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Tenure:  Permanent
Annual Leave: Pro rata of 30 days, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
Closing Date: Monday 28th October 2024, 12pm
